We specialise in organising, managing, and overseeing contractor activities on behalf of clients. Kelvor does not carry out physical construction, repair, or maintenance work. --- 2. Nature of Services Kelvor operates strictly as a coordination and administrative service provider. Our services include: - Contractor sourcing and coordination - Scheduling and project organisation - Communication management between client and contractors - Documentation and compliance assistance Kelvor does not act as a contractor, subcontractor, or service provider for physical works. --- 3. Independent Contractors All contractors engaged through Kelvor are independent third parties. - Contractors are not employees or agents of Kelvor - Contractors are responsible for their own insurance, certifications, and compliance - Clients retain full authority to approve or reject any contractor Any agreement for works is strictly between the client and the contractor. --- 4. Client Approval No work will proceed without client approval. Clients are responsible for: - Reviewing contractor details - Approving scope of work - Confirming pricing before commencement Kelvor facilitates coordination but does not make final decisions on behalf of the client. --- 5. Liability Kelvor Coordination Ltd shall not be held responsible for: - The quality, standard, or outcome of contractor work - Errors, delays, or failures by contractors - Damage, loss, or issues arising from third-party services Kelvor role is limited to coordination, organisation, and administrative support. --- 6. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kelvor Coordination Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. --- 7. Client Responsibilities Clients agree to: - Provide accurate and complete information - Ensure access to property when required - Communicate approvals and decisions clearly - Raise any concerns in a timely manner --- 8. Payments Kelvor charges fees for coordination and management services. - Fees are agreed in advance - Contractor fees are separate unless otherwise specified - Kelvor is not responsible for contractor pricing or payment disputes --- 9. Cancellations & Changes Project timelines and schedules are subject to change based on contractor availability and external factors. Kelvor is not responsible for: - Contractor cancellations - Delays outside of our control --- 10. Disclaimer Kelvor Coordination Ltd provides coordination and administrative services only. While we take reasonable care in organising and overseeing contractor activities, we do not guarantee the performance, quality, or outcome of work carried out by third-party contractors. All contractors operate independently and are solely responsible for their services, workmanship, and compliance. Kelvor Coordination Ltd shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or issues arising from contractor work, delays, or third-party actions. Clients acknowledge and accept that Kelvor’s role is limited to coordination and does not extend to direct service delivery. --- 11.
